The Melbourne Bear Bazaar is a place you find anything Bearly, from artist bears that are one of the kind and handmade to vintage and collectible bears, also you may get inspired to make a bear of your own and that's where you find all needed supplies, tools, materials and patterns.  As a trader you will get an opportunity to showcase your latest works, catch up with colleagues and friends, meet your collectors and new customers. This year the show is coming back after 3 years of break and going to take place in a beautiful function room of Frankston Art Centre, conveniently located in the heart of Frankston, close to public transport and easily accessible by car.

WHO CAN EXHIBIT AT THE SHOW:

The show is for teddy bear artists, collectible manufactured teddy bears and bear making suppliers. The organisers reserve the rights to dismiss applications without providing detailed grounds.

 

APPLICATION AND TABLE RESERVATION:
Trade table reservations are made in the order of received written form applications.

The booking provides you with a table (approximately 70 x 180 cm) and 2 chairs. Wall location and electricity supply need to be requested separately in the form.  Total price for the table booking is AUD160.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Invoices will be issued approximately 5 months prior to the show. Payment is due within fourteen days. Payments on the spot are not possible.

​

IDs: Every exhibitor will receive an exhibitor badge, All IDs issued are not transferable and must be always worn visibly with the name during the event.

 

CLEAN-UP:
Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning up their own table. Any further cleaning or disposes of left-overs will be charged separately.

 

PRICE LABELS:
All goods for sale must have an individual price label. The exhibitor is responsible for any infringements.

 

LOSS AND LIABILITY:
The organisers cannot be held responsible for personal injuries or damage of goods, damages caused by nature disasters. The public liability insurance is insured by the venue.
